Welcome to the Neighborhood!
The Neighborhood Cooperative provides each individual child with a warm and enriching first school experience. Using a guided play based approach, teachers work to create classroom environments that encourage hands on exploration and discovery.

Neighborhood Professional Day
No School Friday, March 29th
This past fall, the Neighborhood Cooperative was a proud sponsor of the Wonder of Learning Exhibit in Boston which highlighted the Reggio Emilia approach to educating young children. On Friday, March 29th, the Neighborhood Cooperative Staff will be attending a full day workshop titled "How the Reggio Approach Can Deepen and Extend Learning". As a staff, we are working towards incorporating this approach into our classrooms. This will be a bit of a process, and will look different depending on the ages of the children, but we are excited to be attending this workshop as a team and hope to bring back new ideas and inspiration to the Neighborhood Cooperative!
